Does the library have scanners for patrons to use?

Answer

The Rockefeller Library has two book scanners located on A-level.

There is a combination flatbed scanner, color printer, and photocopier on the first floor in the main reading room if the Rock. Orwig also has a combination machine.

You can swipe your ID and send the file to your email account.

Library users are responsible for ensuring that copying complies with U. S. copyright laws.

Additional locations for scanning and other equipment that may be used by members of the Brown community are listed below. Online training must be taken to access each:

Grad Center Multimedia Lab.

Granoff Center Fine Art Printing.

Granoff Physical Media Lab.

Other departments may have equipment available for their staff, faculty, and students.
