What is Interlibrary Loan?
Answer
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a way to obtain materials, such as a book or copy of an article, from another library. You may use Interlibrary Loan if we don't have a book or article that you need or if a book is checked out to someone else. The simplest way to do this is to look the book or article up in BruKnow, click to open the record, then click on the easyBorrow link. If we don't have the book or article, try clicking on "Expand My Results" next to your results list. This may give you a record from another library, which you can then use to request the item.
