I'm a hospital researcher. Can I request articles through Interlibrary Loan?
Answer
Hospital researchers do not have automatic access to ILLiad (the Interlibrary Loan account). They must be listed in the Brown Directory. To make sure you are listed in the Brown Directory as a researcher, you must check off Number 3 on your registration form:
“Basic Services Please select services needed. These services do not require approval. Note that if wireless is the only service needed, guests can simply connect to the Brown-Guest wireless network and a Sponsored ID may not be necessary.
