Can I request a scan of an article from a print journal in our collection?

Yes, you can. Look up the record for the journal in BruKnow, then use the "Request Scan" option to get the specific article that you need.
If you don't see the Request Scan option, you can use your ILLiad account. Login to illiad.brown.edu and choose Request an Article, then fill in the citation information. Even though ILLiad is generally for Interlibrary Loan requests, you can also use it to request a scan of an article from our print collection.
