Why can't I access this journal article?

Answer

First check if you are accessing the journal through the library website, rather than going to it directly on the web. You need to go through the library to be recognized as a member of the Brown community. If you are going through the library, check if we have access to the issue you need. We may subscribe to a journal but only have certain years. Most database will have a Findit! link that you can use to request articles to which we don't have access. If we do have the issue you need and you still can't access it, try clearing your browser cache or using another browser. If none of this works, you can report your problem on the Eresources Feedback Form on this page and an Eresources staff member will get back to you.
